Things to bring when you come to Register:
- Washing/Folding Laundry
- Driver’s License
- Car Insurance
- Registration
- Social Security Card
- Social Security Card
- C.N.A., RN, or LPN License if applicable
- Home Health Aide Certificate and any CEUs you have
- HIPAA Training Certificate
- County I.D. (Required for Palm Beach caregivers)
- CPR Certification – American Red Cross – American Health & Safety Institute or America Heart Association
- Local Criminal Background Check – from the Sheriff’s Department
- HIV Training Certificate
- Physical Exam no older than 6 months (Must state “Free of Communicable Diseases”)
- Professional References (at least 2)
- Professional Liability Insurance if you have it, if not, we have the applications for you to get it
