CAREGIVER SELECTION AND MATCHING

VIP America takes care of some of the guess work for you and then works alongside you to identify the right type of caregiver. Each caregiver is carefully credentialed, and the selection process meets Florida’s regulatory body, the Agency for Healthcare Administration, standards in addition to some criteria we’ve added to ensure best practices.

The second piece to identifying the best possible person is sitting down with you, the client, and thoroughly understanding your specific needs and wants. After a registration visit has been completed we use the information obtained in both parts to present you with candidates that meet your criteria.

COORDINATED CARE

Each client who receives in home assistance from a caregiver referred by VIP America also has an assigned client services coordinator.   The coordinator is responsible to assist the client with selecting a caregiver from our registry pool based the client’s specific requests for price, care and schedule.

In addition to the attention a client receives from their coordinator, a client liaison is also available to assist them should it be needed. The client may request a visit to discuss any changes or concerns.  The liaison can help facilitate introducing a new caregiver to the client and with communication with existing caregivers, case managers and family members.
